How many concepts do I get?
You will get 3 concepts to view for your choice of the final work.

How long does it take before I can view my concepts?
I hope to have your concepts ready to view within 7 days. It depends on the number of projects I have.

How many revisions can I have?
You can have 2 revisions. After that additional charges may apply.

How will I view my concepts?
I will send you a jpg. file by email so you can view your concepts.

How do I make my payment to you?
You can make your credit card payment through PayPal. You don't even have to be a member to send payments.

What if I don't like my concept?
If you don't like your original concepts they can be revised 2 times if necessary.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my final project?
Due to the nature of the business, no. That is why you have the option of revising the drawings before the project is completed.

How will my final project be delivered?
Your final project will be delivered by email attachment if file size allows. You may request files to be delivered on a CD if you wish. Shipping charges will apply.
